We want you to love your Stryke Recovery product as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Stryke Recovery product, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.

  1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at scott@strykerecovery.com.au
  2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back to us. The form MUST be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  3. Once we receive the return device to our Central Coast warehouse, it will take approximately 10 business day to process a refund.
  4. *Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our Central Coast Warehouse in “Like New” condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories.

    “Like New” means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear and must be in a resaleable condition.

    If items are returned with visual signs of wear or have any issues due to use, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.


    If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@strykerecovery.com.au the day of delivery.

    Stryke will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

    Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorised by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

    We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.


    If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

    Cancellations received before start of manufacture will receive a full refund.

    Orders that are cancelled after items have been shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

    Other Return Policy Notes:

    • Stryke Recovery only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a “one time use or temporary use” are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
  5. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
